COURT FACILITIES & INTERNATIONAL PREMISES
The AIFC Courtroom in Astana, Kazakhstan, provides multi-channel video conferencing and audio facilties, and retractable bench monitors for advocates, judges and court staff. There is e-evidence and in court scanning and broadcasting facilities. Proceedings can be viewed on large monitors in the Courtroom. Professional simultaneous translation into any language is provided as required.
The AIFC Court also has world class physical premises and digital technology in Almaty in Kazakhstan, and in eight countries in Eurasia where business relationships exist in Kazakhstan and related case disputes arise: Armenia (Yerevan), Azerbaijan (Baku), Georgia (Tbilisi), Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek), Tajikistan (Dushanbe), Turkey (Istanbul), Turkmenistan (Ashgabat), and Uzbekistan (Tashkent). The AIFC Court has arrangements to enforce its judgements in these countries.
